International Shipping

I am currently only shipping within the Philippines as I am still figuring out shipping prices. I will start accepting international orders very soon!

These estimates are for after the order has been shipped. Please remember that these are estimates and delays may occur.


Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you after your order has been shipped. You can check the status of your package through the link that will be provided.

Please note that it may take a while for your tracking information to be appear.


Wrong Address

In case you provided the wrong address, please send an email to shop@nakeekat.com as soon as possible with your order number, name, and correct shipping address. Please make sure you do so before I ship out your order. I will not be able to make any changes once your order has been shipped.

Orders that are lost due to the customer’s error will not be refunded.
