All purchases made are final! Please double-check items before checkout.


Refunds / Returns / Exchanges

I will not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any items that were received in good condition.

Any mistakes due to customer negligence, such as ordering a different item/size/design/color or accidentally ordering an extra quantity, will not be refunded nor exchanged.

If there are any mistakes on my end, such as sending the incorrect item or if an item is missing from your order, please send an email to shop@nakeekat.com with your order number and name, along with a photo or video or your package, so I can assist you.


Damages and Issues

I will ensure that all orders will be properly packaged before shipping. Any damage or losses to the products made during delivery are out of my control.

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please send an email to shop@nakeekat.com immediately after receiving the order. I will not be able to assist you if the item has been used.


Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled after you receive a shipping notification and tracking number.
