Return & Exchange Policy

All purchases made are final.
I will not allow cancellation of orders if the items have already been paid for and shipped out.
I will not accept returns and refunds unless the item received by the customer is damaged or the wrong order.

Payment

For Philippine orders, I accept payment via BPI, GCash and Maya. Cash on Delivery is only available for con pickup.
For International orders, I accept payment via PayPal.
All orders will not be shipped until payment has been received and acknowledged.

Customers are responsible for the tax or custom fees for their orders.

Shipping

All Philippine orders will be shipped with tracking by LBC or J&T Express. Lalamove or Grab is also available for same day delivery.
All International orders will be shipped with tracking from the Philippines via PHLPOST. Shipping fees are calculated by the weight of the package.

I will ensure that all orders will be properly packaged before shipping. Any damage or losses to the products made during delivery are out of my control.
